Per your direction last month, Blowing Rock Chamber
of Commerce Executive Director Charles Hardin and I met to review alternative
locations for the two remaining 2008 Art in the Park shows.
Enclosed please find a map of the proposed location
for the September and October shows that seems to minimize disruption to the
both the neighbors and Art in the Park. The request would allow Art in the Park
to utilize the south side of

the street to remain open for local traffic to access properties. In addition,
the Chamber of Commerce has agreed to name the adjoining property owners along
